Note:
Units not marked with a reference/ authorization number will be returned to you unopened. Furthermore, be aware that a diagnostic charge may be applied if Quick Eagle Networks test engineers determine that the returned product was not defective.

Your unit will be repaired within 10 business days of receipt at Quick Eagle Networks and returned to you.

If you are requesting replacement, you will receive via fax, a Replacement Authorization form which must be signed and returned to Quick Eagle Networks at the above fax number. The replacement product will then ship from Quick Eagle Networks. You must then return the reported defective unit to Quick Eagle Networks at the above address within 7 business days.
