The North American Advanced Replacement program, also known as “Spare-in-the-Air”, will provide advanced replacement of defective products in North America. The program is offered as an annual contract on a per-serial-number basis. Once a product is determined defective by a Quick Eagle Networks engineer, an advance replacement, depending on the type of contract, will be shipped to the customer's site for either:

  • 24 hour delivery (next business day) or
  • 4 hour delivery (same day service)
The customer must then return the defective product to Quick Eagle within seven days. If the defective product is not received in that time or the item received is not repairable, an invoice will be sent to the customer for the current list price of the item.
